India Hits Back at Europe Over Russian Oil Criticism | Vantage with Palki Sharma

The top European diplomat decided to start wagging his fat finger at India, because India is importing huge amounts of Russian crude, refining it into useful things like diesel fuel, and selling it to places like … Europe.

The Indian politician being criticized pointed out that not only is this practice perfectly legal, but it doesn’t even violate the many sanctions the West is trying to perpetrate upon the whole world.

It caught my eye because the ‘top EU diplomat’ is named Josep Borrell.

You may remember that several months ago, this guy took a lot of heat for claiming that The West is a Garden, and needed to continuously fight back against the Dark Jungle of the rest of the world.

This is exceptionalism and ‘us vs. the shithole’ at its most stark, even if you or I might be tempted to believe it, a little or a lot.

The dude is a nice, polite, educated, rich, white type who might be your grandfather. He is also racist and a hypocrite and that much seems self-evident to me.

There’s a lot of that going around. Around us. Within us.
