Majority Of Americans Say Trump & Biden Are ‘Mentally Unfit’ To Be President

No clearer evidence that democracy is broken. Unless you count the numbers on the percentages of various American groups who are pro-Medicare-For-All … which is a majority of everyone, more or less. No health care for you, though. No viable mentally fit candidate to vote for.

The way things are, if you want to accomplish anything, you have to go around the whole mess.

Glenn Greenwald is a smart guy who knows this.

A second Kyle video for the day, in which he points out that Greenwald is going on Tucker Carlson’s show because Trump watches it religiously, and pitching that one man on the idea that it’s completely in his selfish interest to issue pardons to a couple of heroes that he hates, Julian and Edward.

Which is pretty much the definition of genius, for the very best of causes.

With that I’m going to try to step back away again from political questions, whether they involve the politics of Gomer Pyle or the very latest minutiae of the legbroken stimulus bill.

I care about these questions.

But I’m also very much aware that I’m distracting myself with them.

There are larger piscines to filet and grill and it’s obvious to me that I’m avoiding them.
