Chinese health care varies in quality, but just as in any other actually civilized country, its free.
US health “insurance” is expensive, and not everyone has it. (I don’t have it.)
“We” spend three times more per person on health care, with the excess funneling down into the pockets of elites.
But people in China now live longer.
