The Poetential State

A process, o teach, is an instruction set carrying out a plan, from past-participle stem of exequi/exsequi “to follow out”.

figuratively “to follow, follow after, accompany, follow up, prosecute, carry out, enforce; execute, accomplish; punish, avenge,” from ex- “out” (see ex-) + sequi “follow” (from PIE root *sekw- (1) “to follow”)

So it’s not just that a process is a program in a state of execution when we mean: Operating Systems. It’s true in the Twylit sense as well.

My process is my plan being carried out.

Eh? Yes. Close enough. Factoring in coati spillage.
